What we do
Software, Industrial IoT and monitoring under one roof
Most projects involve separate vendors for instruments and software. We simplify that process by selecting the right technology, integrating the hardware, and building the software platform around it. This means the data model, gateway, and application are designed to work together as one complete system.
Software & IT SolutionsApplications Layer
Custom software and IT services built to the requirement — the systems your teams work in every day, and the infrastructure that keeps them running.
Web, mobile and business applications — portals, SaaS, ERP, CRM and internal tools with role-based access.
API and system integration across ERP, reporting and plant systems, so data is entered once.
Cloud and IT services — deployment, servers, databases, backup, monitoring and ongoing support.
Long-term software support — bug fixing, updates, security patches, new features and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
The connectivity and data foundation — instruments in the field, reliable transmission, and one platform that turns readings into decisions.
Sensors, analyzers and PLC data connected through IoT gateways and data loggers.
Online environmental monitoring of air, water, wastewater, emissions, dust and gas.
Energy monitoring attributed to the process that consumes it, with history and alerts.
Dashboards, reports and CPCB/SPCB integration where your project requires it.
Industrial IoT & Monitoring

Industries
Industries we build for — manufacturing, process, utilities, enterprises and startups
Dashboards, parameters and reporting are configured to the way each plant or business actually operates, rather than forcing a generic template onto every site.
Manufacturing
Industrial IoT, energy monitoring and online data collection for plants running equipment that was never designed to report.
Process Industries
Emission, gas and water monitoring with the online data path needed for environmental compliance reporting.
Infrastructure & Utilities
Water and wastewater monitoring, remote site telemetry and centralised data management across distributed assets.
Businesses & Enterprises
Custom software, ERP and CRM, cloud infrastructure, IT services and automation for operations outgrowing spreadsheets.
Startups
MVP development, web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms and cloud foundations — built to be handed over cleanly.
Use Cases
Problems teams bring us most often
Each of these starts with a question someone could not answer from existing reports — and ends with the data needed to answer it.
Emissions
Report emissions from live data, not manual logs
Stack and process emissions are measured continuously by analyzers and particulate monitors, logged at the site and transmitted to an online platform — so reporting is generated from the same data operations is reading.
Inputs
Gas analyzers, particulate monitors, flow, temperature and pressure
Outcome
Continuous emission records, online dashboards and exportable reports
Effluent
Know what is leaving the plant, in real time
Effluent parameters such as pH, flow, TSS, COD and BOD are measured online and trended, so a drift outside its normal band is visible when it happens rather than in the next monthly report.
Inputs
Online analyzers, flow meters, data logger and IoT gateway
Outcome
Live effluent quality data with alerts and a retained history
Air Quality
Keep ambient air quality visible around the clock
Ambient parameters including PM10, PM2.5, SO₂, NOx and CO are monitored continuously and published to a dashboard, replacing periodic manual sampling as the day-to-day source of truth.
Inputs
Ambient air quality instruments, data logger, communication link
Outcome
Continuous air quality readings available online
Energy
Attribute energy consumption to what actually uses it
Energy readings are tied to the process, line or facility that consumes them, so consumption can be compared over time and the load that runs while nothing is produced becomes visible.
Inputs
Energy meters, data logger, process context
Outcome
Consumption per process with history, alerts and scheduled reports
Integration
Connect equipment that has no modern connectivity
Equipment that still works well but cannot report is connected through sensors or existing controller data, a data logger and an IoT gateway, so the information reaches a platform without replacing the asset.
Inputs
Sensors or PLC data, data logger, IoT gateway
Outcome
Existing equipment reporting to one online dashboard
Software
Replace the spreadsheet that runs a process
Critical spreadsheets become proper applications with validation, permissions and history — while keeping the workflow the team already understands.
Inputs
Existing process, forms and business rules
Outcome
A maintained application with roles, audit history and support

Why SampraTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
One technology partner, proved on one site first
We would rather demonstrate value on a single stack, outlet or application than ask for a site-wide commitment up front. Start small, confirm the data is right, then scale.
How we work
Most sites already have the information they need — it is locked inside instruments and controllers, or scattered across systems that do not talk to each other. Our job is to make it usable, without disrupting the process that produces it.
One technology partner. Software, IT, Industrial IoT and environmental monitoring from one accountable company instead of four.
Not tied to one manufacturer. We select suitable technology from multiple channel partners based on your requirement, not a single catalogue.
Hardware and software integrated. The analyzers, gateways, platform and dashboards are delivered as one working system, not handed between vendors.
Designed around your requirement. Configuration depends on the application, the process and what you actually need to see — not a fixed product bundle.
Support that outlasts delivery. Technical support, software support, hardware coordination, troubleshooting, maintenance, AMC and system upgrades.
Requirement Study & Assessment
We study the application and site, define what needs to be measured, and agree the success criteria in writing.
Solution Design & Technology Selection
Architecture and instrument selection with the suitable channel partners, followed by the technical and commercial proposal.
Procurement, Integration & Installation
Equipment procurement, hardware and software integration, configuration, testing and installation support on site.
Commissioning, Training & Support
System commissioning, customer training, then technical support, maintenance and AMC with ongoing data support.
Technology & Integration
Open standards: MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus and REST
We choose each part of the system with long-term maintenance, auditing, and flexibility in mind. This includes everything from the instruments and data logger on site to the software platform and your own cloud environment.

A common challenge with outsourced projects is the gap between the team that sells the project and the team that delivers it, along with unexpected cost changes during the project. We keep the process straightforward by ensuring clear ownership, transparent pricing, and consistent delivery from start to finish. Our subscription and AMC options also provide ongoing support after commissioning, so the relationship continues well beyond the initial project delivery.
The team you meet is the team that delivers. No bait-and-switch between the proposal and the commissioning visit.
Fixed scope means fixed price. Change requests are quoted before work starts, never invoiced after.
You own what we build. Full IP transfer on custom software, with source code in your repository from the first commit.
Overlapping hours. Our teams work a shift that overlaps IST, GST, GMT and EST business hours.
Hardware and software depth. A rare combination of field instrumentation experience and modern cloud engineering.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
If something here is not covered, send the question through the contact form and you will get a direct answer.
Technical
Are you a hardware manufacturer?
No. SampraTech is a technology solution provider and system integrator. We study the requirement, design the solution, source suitable equipment from trusted channel partners, integrate it with our software, and deliver, commission and support the complete system.
Who supplies the sensors, analyzers and gateways?
We work with multiple manufacturers and technology partners rather than being limited to one. Based on the gas type, measurement range, accuracy requirement, application and installation environment, we select the suitable equipment and coordinate procurement, integration and commissioning.
Can you integrate data with CPCB or SPCB monitoring platforms?
Where it applies to your project, yes. The typical path is sensor or analyzer to data logger, data logger to IoT gateway, then through the communication network to the software platform and on to the required monitoring platform. The exact integration depends on the applicable regulations, technical requirements and the specifics of the project.
What happens if the network drops?
The data logger and IoT gateway keep recording and buffer locally, then forward the backlog once connectivity returns, so the history has no gap.
Can the monitoring platform run on-premise?
Yes. It can be deployed fully on-premise, in your own cloud account, or as managed hosting. Monitoring platforms, dashboards and analytics are also available on a monthly or annual subscription.
What support is available after delivery?
Technical support, software support, hardware coordination, troubleshooting, maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts, system upgrades and ongoing data and monitoring support. Our relationship does not end at handover.
Do you only work on monitoring and IoT projects?
No. We also build web and mobile applications, business software such as ERP and CRM, cloud and IT services, APIs and integrations as standalone work. The monitoring side simply gives those applications real operational data to work with.
Commercial & engagement
How do you price a project?
After a free discovery call we study the application and produce a written technical and commercial proposal. Well-defined work is quoted as a fixed price with milestones; monitoring platforms and dashboards can run on a monthly or annual subscription; and live systems are covered by an Annual Maintenance Contract.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do, completely. Custom software is committed to your repository from the first sprint, not delivered as a zip at the end. IP transfer is written into the contract, and we sign your NDA before the technical discussion begins if you prefer.
What is the minimum engagement size?
We take on focused pieces of work from around four weeks — a technical assessment, a design and instrument-selection exercise, or a single monitoring point. There is no requirement to commit to a multi-year programme to start working with us, and most long engagements began as a small first project.
How do you handle communication and time zones?
Every project gets a shared Slack or Teams channel, a named project manager and a fortnightly demo. Our teams work an overlapping shift covering IST, GST, GMT and US Eastern business hours, so there is always a live window for a call.
Can you work with equipment and systems we already have?
Yes — a significant share of our work is integrating with what is already installed. We start with a technical assessment that documents the existing instruments, controllers and systems, what they can report, and what needs to be added, so the design is based on evidence rather than assumption.
Start with one problem
Tell us what you need to see
Bring one process, one outlet, one site or one application that is hard to measure or manage today. We will walk through what data is available, which technology suits it, and what it would take to make it useful.
Tell us about the process, site, or application you want to improve. Let us know what you need to measure, connect, or build, and our team will review your requirements and get back to you with a relevant response, not a generic brochure.
